LoyalPro is an AI-powered multi-tenant SaaS loyalty management platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and optimize customer loyalty programs. Our Service includes:

• Customer engagement features
• Payment processing integration
• API access and integrations

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and limitations.

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AptiveAI Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AptiveAI Technologies Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
