I'm Paul Oseghale, co-founder of AptiveAI Technologies Ltd. For months, I shopped at Jendor Supermarket, not because it was the closest but because their loyalty program made me feel valued. Yet, at Jomapet Pharmacy, where I bought medicines regularly, there was no such system.
One day at the pharmacy, I casually suggested to the cashier that they introduce a loyalty program. An elderly man overheard and said, "We need it." He turned out to be the MD/CEO of Jomapet Pharmacy, which also runs a hospital and diagnostic center. He invited me to his office and challenged us to create a loyalty system that could integrate with their existing PoS system.
